CAIA provides services to creditors in their effort to collect debts and accounts owned by third parties (debtors). These services primarily consist of locating debtors, gathering information on the debtors and their circumstances, and serving as a conduit of communication between the Creditor and the Debtor. We are not a third party collection agency and we do not accept assignment of debts.

Drug Testing
CAIA is affiliated with a network of national laboratories that provide testing for legal and illegal drug usage. All testing is conducted through national certified facilities and meets current Federal and State Drug-Free Workplace requirements. Additionally, CAIA conducts previous employment drug test verifications as required by the FAA and the Department of Transportation.
