Buccaneer Investigations provides a wide range of services and capabilities required by legal professionals, businesses or individuals anywhere in the state of Florida. Our Office is in the Jacksonville, Florida metro area with associate private investigators located across the state.

Greg Choate, the owner and Chief Investigator of Buccaneer Investigations, is an 8-year veteran of the United States Army. Investigator Greg Choate is a graduate of the United States Army Military Intelligence School located at Fort Devens and served in the United States Army Military Intelligence Corps. He has transitioned many of the research skills gained from his service to his country and combined them with 4 years of real world private investigation experience.

Concerning divorce and child custody cases, to put it in a nutshell, Greg Choate has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly that a divorce can bring. While you may not NEED proof of infidelity for a divorce in Florida, it might be something you want to know about or confirm before you take action against your spouse. Suspecting that he/she is cheating is not the same as knowing. You might not even be interested in a divorce. A true knowledge of your spouse or loved one’s activities can provide you with the knowledge and tools to better determine your course of action. After all, the decision you make should be an informed one.

We strongly suggest you check with your attorney for legal advice. We’re investigators, not lawyers.

Please be assured that your case will be handled professionally and with the sensitivity that you deserve. The questions that you have are valid. They need to be answered for not only your peace of mind but also for your family’s safety. Who has not heard about a wayward husband or wife that had an extramarital affair and brought sexually transmitted disease into the family home? The consequences of an affair can be far-reaching. The Amy Fisher case comes to mind. Her married boyfriend refused to leave his spouse, and Ms. Fisher was later convicted of attempting to murder that spouse. What you don’t know can do more than hurt you. It could kill you.
