    R. H. "Bob" Joseph, CLI

       A 1974 graduate of Rutledge College and a long time resident of Greenville County, South Carolina, Bob Joseph – a Vietnam Veteran (USMC) - is an experienced Board Certified Legal Investigator in the fields of personal injury and criminal defense investigations. He owns and operates Alpha PI Services, LLC a private investigative agency located in Simpsonville, SC. Alpha PI Services specializes in civil and criminal defense Investigations, background investigations, and multimedia services.

       Bob founded the South Carolina Association of Legal Investigators (SCALI) where he is a permanent board member and has served as Director/President (form1985 to 2001). He is a member of the South Carolina Association of Reconstruction Specialists (SCARS) and a member in good standing since 1972 of the National Association of Legal Investigators (NALI). Bob is a Full “Charter” Member” of the United States Association of Professional Investigators (USAPI). He is also a member of the Accident Reconstruction Network (ARC).
    In 1998 Bob received the coveted South Carolina Investigator of the Year award. That same year he was also named as One of the Leading Investigators in the U.S. by P.I. Magazine. In 2003 he received the SCALI Who’s Who award.
     
       Bob served as an adjunct professor at the Greenville Technical College in 1992 where he taught Investigations. In 2003 he was appointed a permanent member to the SLED Private Investigations Advisory Committee.

       He has written numerous articles on investigative subject matter and has co-authored the sought after industry bible "Advanced Forensic Civil Investigations" (1997 - Lawyers and Judges Publishing Company). Bob is a well-known speaker and presenter at professional investigative seminars and functions. He also teaches “Basic Private Investigations” and “Advanced Civil Investigations”
