    Investigative Services

    Legal  Investigation

Attorneys and other legal professionals have discovered that we can help their practice grow by providing them with new services and capabilities for their clients. By assisting and finding answers to pertinent questions, we can free up your time so that you can better serve your clients.

We have many years of experience working with attorneys and have helped in resolving many difficult cases. More often than not, these cases need an investigator who is experienced in actually going out into the streets and neighborhoods and being able to communicate with diverse groups of people to obtain information and statements that will help the case. Knowing what an individual or witness is going to say before they are brought in to testify is of primary importance. Our investigators know what it means to know the answer before you ask the question.

Our goal is to gather enough evidence so that our clients may win their cases. We obviously can’t promise the outcome of a case, but we can promise that we will devote 100% of our investigative resources to assisting you in achieving a favorable outcome. Call us to discuss your case.

    Accident  Investigation

We investigate countless accident cases for attorneys, insurance companies and individuals. We have many years of experience in on-site accident investigations and are highly experienced in obtaining evidence including photo documentation and any measurements deemed crucial to the case. We thoroughly review all of the details for each particular case and obtain copies of all police and/or sheriff’s reports if available. We will also locate and interview all witnesses and obtain recorded statements if possible. At the time of the initial accident, many details are often overlooked. The individual involved in the accident along with the witnesses and even the police officers are often bombarded with information and emotions. Revisiting the accident scene and interviewing witnesses at a later date, can often reveal new evidence that is important to the investigation in determining negligence or who is actually at fault. Call us to discuss your particular case.

    Civil and Criminal Investigations.

We have many years of experience conducting both civil and criminal investigations. We have worked on countless civil cases, from personal and business theft, to insurance and medical fraud. Our criminal experience ranges from minor crimes, to murder, rape and computer crime investigations. Our full time staff of extensively trained and licensed investigators has professional experience from a variety of fields. Total staff input is utilized on each case to provide our clients with the answers and results they need.

    Background Investigations

Background investigations are used for a variety of purposes. Whether it’s to obtain information on an individual you may be dating or plan on marrying, an individual with whom you plan on doing business with or a pre-employment check on an individual you are considering hiring for your company, a thorough background check simply protects your interest. Background investigations are also useful to check the credentials and honesty of babysitters, nannies and caregivers.

We often conduct background investigations for attorneys regarding witnesses or the parties involved in a lawsuit. We are experienced and we know where and how to obtain information. We will conduct a thorough background investigation on an individual or individuals and provide you with complete civil, criminal and driving history information. Any additional information that you may want to know is at your discretion. Call us to discuss your needs

    Assets  Investigations

We have many years of experience in finding assets of both individuals and businesses. We are often hired by attorneys to locate assets of individuals or businesses who are the subject of a lawsuit. Many people who are attempting to collect on a judgment or who are involved in divorce proceedings utilize our services to locate assets.

One of our clients, who was owed several million dollars, had almost given up on attempting to collect the entire amount. After several years of litigation and collecting only a small percentage of the money owed to her, she hired us to assist in the case. We were able to locate a substantial amount of unreported assets including vehicles, a yacht and a home in another country.

Failing to locate an individual's assets can lead to great financial loss. A thorough asset search may help you recover what is rightfully yours. We have access to thousands of private database systems to help assist in your investigation. However, just because assets do not show up in a database search, doesn't mean that they don’t exist. Some people are just more experienced than others with hiding assets. As with most of our investigations, we actually go out and talk to people including past acquaintances, business associates and past/present employers and/or employees to name a few. There is no substitute for having an experienced investigator actually out in the field obtaining and verifying evidence. Call us to discuss your needs

    Surveillance Investigations

We have over 50 years of combined experience conducting discreet surveillance and undercover operations. We realize the importance of proper video and photo documentation. This documentation is often used in preparation for litigation or for trial evidence.

Whether it’s a cheating spouse, a child custody case or possible insurance fraud, our highly trained and experienced investigators will handle your case with the utmost professionalism and discretion. We document all activities, identify any unknown individuals along with their vehicles and provide a comprehensive, detailed report along with the video and/or photo documentation.

We are often contacted by attorneys and insurance companies to investigate and take photos of accident scenes including the vehicles and property involved in the accident. We also take photos to prove assets in anticipation of litigation. We have the latest state of the art surveillance and photo equipment. Obtained evidence can be provided to clients in any requested format

    Business Investigations

If you are considering the purchase of a business or becoming involved in a new business venture, it is imperative that you know as much information as possible about the business or the individual behind the business. You may also be interested in protecting the business that you already own and have worked so hard to build. Perhaps there is a new investor, client or employee who just doesn't seem to be the person whom they present themselves to be.

We are dedicated to protecting your interest and providing you with as much information as possible. We will conduct a thorough background investigation on a business or individual using our private database search systems and our networked investigative resources. Call and discuss with us what information you want and need to know

    Computer Forensics Investigations

Computer forensics reveals the activity conducted on a computer or other electronic device, whether or not the evidence has been deleted or hidden. This consists of deleted file recovery and internet/web activity and also hidden file recovery from multiple formats, such as text files, graphics, email and more. Data can also be recovered from various storage media such as Compact Flash, Smart Media, PDA’s, digital cameras, cell phones and more.

Savvy computer users usually know several tricks to hide their activity from the casual inquirer. This includes deleting Internet history, email history, temporary Internet files and more. Despite all of this, there is usually extensive evidence that remains. A trained investigator with the right technology can usually uncover it.

Files and documents can also be hidden in various ways. They can be embedded in other files or hidden in unallocated disc space. Files, such as graphic image files, can be altered so that they do not show in normal file directory listings. Forensic analysis can often uncover this.
