My wife and I were trying to locate a family member that had run away from home and had stopped all contact with our entire family some several years ago. After calling around and screening several different investigative services, we were surprised to find that most of those advertising in our area are not even located in CT. Another in the northwest area of CT that I will not name, doesn't even investigate cases but sells the work to others. This was not what we were looking for. We did hesitantly contact this investigative service and after discussing our situation with one of the investigators, we were truly surprised to find out that not only are they located in CT but they were very attentive and accommodating. Our questions and concerns were always answered both truthfully and honestly and we were never given any false hopes. We have no regrets at all whatsoever having used the investigative services of this business and neither of us would ever hesitate at recommending this business and their investigative services to anyone. They are truly professional but above all else, they are completely honest and truthful and this is sometimes very hard to find in our society.
