Phenix was called on to investigate the disappearance of large amounts of copper tubing and various construction products. Due to the mass shrinkage, our client suspected that someone was stealing the copper tubing to sell for scrap. After a swift investigation , the Phenix investigative team determined an employee was the culprit, and the investigators were able to gain written admission to the theft and name co-conspirators. Our client was most elated that the investigators convinced the employee to resign, cash out his 401k and pay back our client in full...even the client's costs relating to the investigation.
