    Garcia's Investigations

Garcia’s Investigations is a licensed and insured Private Investigation agency based in Port Arthur, Texas.  We are associated with the International Legal Group, Counter-Terrorism Division out of Houston, Texas.   (Michael Fjetlnd, BBA/JD, Director)

With over 15 years experience in the investigative field, our professional and confidential services can make a difference in your specific case or scenario.  Attorneys find the Law/Detectives (Investigators) find the Facts.  The Attorneys study and evaluate the Facts as presented and determine if in fact the Law has been broken, they determine what action should then be taken by the District Attorney and or Client.

I have found that keeping a safe distance from the emotions and not coming to conclusions is one of the best ways of gathering and discovering facts.  A good Private Investigator uses an assortment of talents, Street Sense, Analytic Ability, Curiosity, and Tangential Knowledge.

Sometimes you’ll find out what really happened but the true investigator knows sometimes you can’t know, and when you really find out what really happened, remember when Eve picked the apple, and when Pandora opened the box, the client must be aware that the facts will be what they are, they cannot be changed, you may find out more than you ever wanted to know.  That is what we do, and we are very good at it.
