Carter Spohn founded SPOHN INVESTIGATIONS in 1985 and changed the company's name to MILLENIUM INTELLIGENCE AGENCY in the year 2000. Mr. Spohn has been gathering intelligence for the legal community and corporate America for over fifteen years.

Over the last few years Spohn has been engaged in gathering intelligence for victims of NAZI era Holocaust insurance claims, Holocaust Slave Labor litigation and most recently been engaged in gathering intelligence for victims of the Armenian Genocide of 1915.In addition Spohn spent the last two and a half years gathering intelligence for Korean citizens whose families were victims of the Korean Air Lines flight 801 crash on the island of Guam
