Operating from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania since 1981, as a professionally licensed, bonded and insured Private Investigator and Security Consultant I offer comprehensive investigative service as well as security consulting, armed protective service, security training and court-qualified expert witness testimony on security matters.

Additional experience includes ten years as an Intelligence Officer with the United States Navy. Duty included the Office of Naval Intelligence, the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, the Fleet Intelligence Rapid Support Team and the Central Intelligence Agency.  I also served as a United States Department of Defense Navy Federal Police Chief, Protective Service Director for a Commonweath of Pennsylvania agency, Campus Public Safety Director and Corporate Director of Security in the private sector.

I am the author of over 300 articles on security and intelligence matters  and a contributing author to the ASIS International Guidelines and  Protection of Assets Manual.  I am also the founder and President of the Pennsylvania Association of Private Investigators.
