Background Checks:
Background checks may include: the subject’s current and previous residential history. Our investigators scour public records in search of liens, judgments and bankruptcy records. Our basic asset search includes business affiliations, professional licenses and, real property ownership.
Activity Check:
This investigation may include a neighborhood canvass in an attempt to obtain information regarding the subject’s usual activities, physical capacity and employment status. This investigation also includes the demographics of the neighborhood, description and a photograph of the residence, and vehicles at the residence.
