INSURANCE DEFENSE INVESTIGATIONS
Legal Investigations, Inc. has been conducting insurance investigations since 1973 in the worker's comp, bodily injury, disability, and property/casualty areas. Our staff provides still and video surveillance, locates and interviews witnesses, produces court qualified experts, and conducts extensive background investigations on claimants. LII conducts activity checks for limited budget cases and supports SIU units and adjusters in everyday claims defense.
CRIMINAL DEFENSE INVESTIGATIONS
Legal Investigations, Inc. has conducted successful defense investigations for such crimes as embezzlement, rape, murder, armed robbery, and forgery. These investigations are very specific in nature but contain basic investigative elements. They include complete witness background checks and locates, evidence analysis, polygraph examination, surveillance when necessary, crime reenactment using video equipment, and jury venial.
DOMESTIC RELATIONS INVESTIGATIONS
Legal Investigations, Inc. has conducted over 2000 domestic cases that have included marital infidelity, child custody matters, and background investigations.
