Private Security Officers (PSO)
We provide consistently well-trained Private Security Officers to deploy to various and unlimited locations. We thoroughly screen our employees prior to training them to become licensed Private Security Officers (PSOs). We enhance their education with additional technical and customer-service training and treat them with respect. This combined effort results in a highly qualified and motivated workforce. Aside from motivating our staff, we also have policies that work. Our policies include random site-visits by our managers, and zero-tolerance for absenteeism and drug use. The positive treatment of our staff, coupled with the high quality of our service, enables us to maintain long-standing relationships with clients and staff alike. We are proud to say that a high turn-over is not a factor in our operations.
Private Security Officers Training Program
Our certification program goes well beyond NY State's requirements for Private Security Officers. We provide our Private Security Officers with additional training in various technical areas and also include exercises in etiquette, sensitivity and manners. We are careful to consider your specific operational needs when placing Private Security Officers at your location.

Patrol of Residential or Commercial Property
Deploy our Private Security Officers to monitor your property, to identify potential problems and to respond to issues in a prepared and professional manner. The main purpose of this type of patrol is to observe (or test) that gates, doors, and windows are secured, and to report the conditions found on the property to the business owners or police. Another purpose is to make sure that no unauthorized persons are trespassing on private property. This service is ideal for the patrol of commercial properties during or after business, or of private property that is not open to the public.
Patrol services generally use vehicles to make rounds. Homeland Protective Group has highly visible and distinctive patrol vehicles. The vehicles are well marked and equipped with a light-bar on the roof and high powered spotlights. This high visibility maximizes the deterrent effect. Each vehicle is equipment with a radio communications to alert the police, if needed
