R.Varadaraj has several distinctions in his Academic Pursuits, a Post Graduate in English Literature a MASTER DEGREE IN Law having specialized in ‘Crime and Torts', MBA and his project works namely 'Job Satisfaction in Police Force' has won accolades, besides earning him a distinction. He has a distinguished and meritorious track record of twenty five years of service behind him, having served as Inspector of Police in Finger Print Bureau, prior to his voluntary retirement from the Tamil Nadu State Police.

The other Director Tr. A.M. Padmanabhan was also a retired Deputy Superintendent of Police in the Finger Print Bureau, Tamil Nadu police having served for nearly 39 years.
